Revised 2026-11-07
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of wytor.ai. By using the site you accept them. Each WYTOR product has its own terms on its own site or in its app; those terms govern that product.
1. Who provides the site
WYTOR is the brand of a company being incorporated in Goa, India (proposed name, application filed 6 November 2026: Wytor Technologies (OPC) Private Limited). Until incorporation completes, the site is provided by Carson Rodrigues, Goa, India. References to "we" and "us" mean whichever of these operates the site at the time.
2. Using the site
You may read, link to and share what is published here. You may not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, probe or attack it except under the disclosure policy, misrepresent its content, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
3. Content and trademarks
The text, design and code of this site are © 2026 Carson Rodrigues and, on incorporation, the company (proposed name Wytor Technologies (OPC) Private Limited). WYTOR, Build Beyond and the names of the ventures are brands of WYTOR, whether or not registered. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party names belong to their owners.
4. Enquiries are not engagements
Sending an enquiry, or receiving a reply, does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation on either side. Work begins only under a written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and ownership.
5. Accuracy
We try to say only what is true, and we label the status of every product and paper. Even so, the site is provided as it is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for any purpose. Product statuses and availability change; the venture pages carry the date they were last revised.
6. Third-party links
Links to app stores, papers, repositories and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts in Goa, India.
9. Changes
When these terms change, the revision date at the top changes with them.
